Established in 1955, Nucor Corporation is one of the largest steel producers in the world with their corporate headquarters located in Charlotte, NC. Looking to renovate their existing office building in Southpark and expand into a vacant four story building nearby, Nucor engaged Redline to elevate their workplace design, while still celebrating their rich history and culture. Although Nucor wanted to preserve a private office heavy environment, Redline strategically positioned new amenity spaces, conference rooms, and open collaboration zones throughout each floor to offer a dynamic variety of space types. These feature areas utilized steel columns, beams, and panel products to incorporate Nucor’s well-known products and express their brand with sophisticated details. Other key elements include warm accent finishes from local manufacturers, and a state-of-the-art production studio with advanced acoustic construction, lighting and AV technology.
