Their space features a work café/living room lounge area with a high-end hospitality vibe to relate to Northmarq’s connection to multifamily real estate. A double-sided fireplace provides warmth and visual connectivity between the living room lounge and a board room space. The design incorporates brick veneers, wood planks and beam ceiling. Paired with pops of vibrant color, their space gives a nod to the South End neighborhood surrounding their office.
