Village at Commonwealth is an apartment complex with various amenity spaces. Our client, Northwood Ravin, wanted to transform their previously underused doggy daycare amenity into an inviting coworking space. The intent was to create an elevated environment with a variety of different working zones for tenants. The layout includes a free standing worksurface, various lounge furniture groupings, and built in booth seating. Accent colors from the existing amenity spaces were implemented within key elements including ceiling features, angled breezeblocks, and finishes within private meeting spaces. The central bar showcases a custom suspended metal mesh ceiling with brass globe fixtures, and built in millwork planter.
