Redline was selected to transform a historic warehouse space into a tap room and micro-brewery. Redline capitalized on the inherent character of the existing space. The structure and brick walls were left exposed. The concrete floor was polished and left raw. Going with the “Wooden” theme in the owner’s brand, Redline used a lot of rich woods with medium to light tones to provide strategic design elements within the space. The brewery equipment is visible via large glass viewing windows. A mix of stools at bench tables and soft seating provide a variety of mingling options for patrons. The large tap room bar is all wood with a painted logo on brick and a custom fabricated steel “robot” sculpture. A large glass opening was cut into the front of the building and wrapped with a wooden frame for a warm welcome.
