Northwood approached Redline with a goal to modernize and refresh the existing lobby and common areas of the Harris Building in Ballantyne Corporate Park. New finishes, full glass suite entries, glass guardrails, lighting and accent furniture transformed the original traditional environment into a more modern Class A office building. In conjunction with upgraded core restrooms and corridors, the new “Amenity Suite” gives the building tenants a dynamic meeting space with a divisible training room and contemporary co-working area.
