Our people genuinely go the “extra mile” for other redline-r’s and our clients. It is this natural desire to “be someone’s hero” that makes working at or with redline such a wonderful experience. ROLL UP YOUR SLEEVES
Design is about developing solutions, getting your hands dirty, making ideas tangible and rolling up your sleeves. There is no task too menial for anybody at redline. Our ability to be flexible and nimble is directly related to our ability to quickly pull together highly talented and diverse teams of designers, and as a result create breakthrough ideas and happy clients. We are a “can do” culture.
We take design seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We like to have fun, be creative, problem solve and do our best work with our friends – redline-r’s genuinely love what they do!
