Redline Design Group, PA., is an award winning architectural and interior design firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our expertise has its roots in Automotive Architecture but has since grown into one of the leading Corporate Interiors firms in Charlotte. With our Architecture, Interior and Graphic Design team, we give every client and every project our fullest attention. AVAILABLE POSITIONS


Project Architect

Major Duties: Roles to be performed in this position will include all phases of project design and management. The candidate will be expected to work with other staff, including Architects, Interior Designers, and furniture specialists as well as consulting engineers and clients to orchestrate the project. Client interaction will be frequent, requiring good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player and willing to work as both a leader and support.

Qualifications: Fluent knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Revit.

Architectural Emerging Professional

Major Duties: Roles to be performed in this position will include all phases of project design performed under a project Architect. The candidate will be working in conjunction with other Architects and Interior Designers. Requires good verbal & written communication skills.

Qualifications: Fluent knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Revit.

Interior Designer

Major Duties: Roles to be performed in this position will include all phases of project design and management, performed under a project manager which include:

  • Meet with clients to determine their needs, project goals and overall vision
  • Develop design concepts for projects, build upon the ideas, and determine materials and finishes
  • Making FF&E selections that are appropriate for the project aesthetic, function and budget
  • Assist project architect and/or other interior designers in creation and organization of all design documents
  • Coordinate with other architectural disciplines such as lighting consultants, MEP engineers, structural engineers
  • Meet deadlines and other schedule criteria
  • Meet document standards of drawing quality and accuracy
The candidate will be working in conjunction with other team members including architects, interior designers, graphic designers/3D renderers, furniture dealers, and consulting engineers. Client interaction will be an important part of the design process requiring the candidate to have an excellent professional presence, the ability to communicate well verbally & graphically and maintain a high level of character & integrity.

Qualifications: Looking for someone that is personable, positive, works well in a team, and comfortable presenting ideas to clients.

    Must haves:
  • Portfolio of past work
  • A high level of creative talent in conceptual design
  • Excellent space planning & design skills
  • Resourcefulness at finding unique materials/finishes
  • An eye for graphic design and presentation format skills
  • Communicate design ideas and accept constructive feedback
  • A team player and a creative designer with sensitivity to clients’ needs
  • Fluent knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
    Preferred but not required:
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, and FF&E specifications
  • Skills in hand drawing and color rendering
