This is a confidential ground up design-build project. The facility is primarily manufacturing and warehouse, with a supporting office space and amenities for their employees. The client designs, creates, and manufactures a specialized life saving medical device utilized by the military and first responders. Other than the raw materials brought into the facility, all of the parts are created on site with injection molding, fabric weaving and physical labor by hundreds of employees. The building is constructed with tilt-up concrete panels and interior steel frame structure. The employee entry is highlighted with corrugated metal panel, EIFS, steel channels, and pre-engineered rod supported aluminum canopies. An additional 12,000 SF of expansion space is being built to plan for future development.
