This group of formerly industrial warehouses are now set to be restored and transformed for their new role as creative office spaces. The buildings will be upfit with expanded windows, skylights, and strategically inserted outdoor areas. They have been redesigned with new entries and outdoor amenities carved out of the facades. The scope includes adding a breezeway with outdoor workspaces to enhance user experience and overall connectivity throughout the building.
