Foundry Commercial, a leading brokerage and real estate group, trusted Redline to create a uniquely branded space that fit their personality and the new mixed-use building located in South End. We worked closely with them to express “the bones” of the structure, exposing the concrete columns and beams. The overall design promotes the feeling of a comfortable urban loft that overlooks the rail line with long range views of downtown Charlotte. The finishes are multi-layered with thin brick veneer, paneled millwork fronts and textural graphic wallcoverings.
