AskBio is a leading, clinical-stage gene therapy company dedicated to developing AAV gene therapies for genetic disorders. The company expanded rapidly and needed to renovate a newly acquired office and lab space while they continued to occupy the spaces. After completing a 26,500 SF phased renovation on the first floor, we assisted them with the renovation of additional space on the second floor. These renovations included office space, break and conference rooms along with multiple BSL-2 lab spaces and a cold room.
