Redline transformed a former brewery into the newly branded HopFly Brewing Co. The renovation included extending the building’s frame to create an inviting “front porch” feel with a steel structure and wood lattice frame. A wood screen wall was added to feature HopFly’s logo. Punching new openings in the building’s once foreboding masonry facade not only softened the architecture, but also allowed natural light to spill into the first and second floor bar areas. The existing bar was removed and new bar was built in the back of the taproom to open up the space and create a move inviting entry experience. New textural finishes and display moments were added throughout the space to showcase Hopfly’s vibrant culture. The existing mezzanine level was fully renovated with new windows, a bar and a mural wall to provide a unique space with a great skyline views.
