Asana Partners' Charlotte office design was truly a marriage of design vision provided both by Redline and the creative leadership team at Asana Partners which led to an office environment that is both inviting yet highly effective for conducting business. The space is comprised of a predominantly open concept plan with great views overlooking "South End" within Charlotte. The space has a number of meeting rooms, each of which were designed with a different stylistic approach in mind such that staff members can actively select spaces which are tailor-suited to the type of meeting they wish to conduct. In addition to this, unique design features including a large break room with TV displays and soft seating for larger group presentations, an open collaborative lounge space with custom built-in shelving for display of company accolades, and an iconic office "shopfront" concept located at the entry to the suite inspired by Asana Partners' continued focus on the adaptive reuse office and retail real estate sectors. Redline was very proud to work with Asana Partners on their office and continue to partner up with their team on numerous office and retail opportunities not only within the Charlotte market, but also abroad.
