Being in business for over 30 years, Beacon Partners has notably become a leader in the commercial real estate industry. With their growing portfolio in real estate development and acquisition, Beacon recognizes their influence on the built community throughout Charlotte. The decision to move their office space to the Station at LoSo furthered the narrative of investing in the surrounding neighborhood. Beacon tasked Redline to create an inviting space for both prospective clients and their employees. Many of the finishes throughout, such as brick veneer and concrete panels, are indicative of the building materials used in their constructed developments. Accents of green and blue, layered in through pattern and wall finish, help to brand the space as Beacon’s own. The overall design took a softer approach to the more traditional corporate environment, further showcasing the surrounding area’s influence on Beacon’s identity.
