Located in the heart of FreeMore West, Swinerton chose this adaptive reuse opportunity to create a unique showpiece office that includes a custom fabricated metal feature wall, flex work café, and a mass timber mezzanine (designed, fabricated, and installed by their in-house Timberlab affiliate). The addition of several skylights, expansive windows and glass garage doors provides an abundance of natural light and connectivity to the outdoor patio. The office offers a variety of work environments including private offices, unassigned workstations, and collaborative spaces to create efficiencies as well as a fun environment.
