Northwood approached Redline to help reimagine the “Rushmore Five” office building located within their existing office campus in Ballantyne. The goal for the project was to create a complete refresh for the building and reposition it in such a way to attract a class A single office tenant with a collaborative culture. The new spec suite includes several unique design features including an indoor pergola space situated in the heart of the floor plate with an open collaborative lounge area, a café with ample seating for both dining and break away work, a “speakeasy” inspired library / lounge, shower rooms for staff, as well as a private outdoor patio. The end result was a space that is well suited to accommodate the needs of the modern office user and due to the high level of design and attention to detail, is now well positioned to attract and retain top talent.
