ICM Realty Group reached out to Redline Design Group to assist them with revamping a mid-80’s office building. It had great existing bones, but was in dire need of an update. Redline worked closely with ICM Realty Group to identify a new finish palette and assist in rebranding the property. We opened up the lobby space to allow for a more grand first impression into the building. The lobby was finished with rich wood tones contrasted against beautiful large format wall tile. The 2nd floor elevator lobby (which looks down onto the main lobby) was also fitted with lighting and finishes that seamlessly stitch the 2 lobby spaces together. For the exterior, the existing monumental portal was re-clad with new porcelain tile and exterior-grade wood panels to extend the finish palette to the exterior. A new outdoor deck was created to serves as a semi-private venue for outdoor events.
