Atlantic Packing wanted to create a first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Center. This facility provides an opportunity for their clients to participate in package testing on 2 different dynamic load testing rigs. An adjacent “huddle room” provides an area to evaluate and discuss the testing while watching slow-motion videos of each set-up with real-time diagnostics. A new visitor-friendly lobby was created to welcome customers and provide a showcase of their services. This lobby is complete with a sculptural art piece that is constructed of actual packaging products, a 1,000 gallon live coral aquarium (Atlantic theme) and a fully stocked coffee & refreshment bar/lounge area with high-end restroom facilities. The other major component to this project is their Product & Services Showroom, where customers can see their product line all in one facility.
