RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the development, approval, and organization of BIM content in accordance with firm directives and client standards. Creation or modification of templates and families. Conduct clash detection and associated reports. Setup and coordinate the ACC/BIM360 environment. Develop best practices / guides. Assist team members with BIM issues and trouble shooting. Streamline and enhance rendering output process from Revit/Enscape. Research and innovate new tools and processes. Provide periodic training for individuals and groups. Project specific production/drafting where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum associate degree in architectural / engineering / construction technology. Strong knowledge of BIM practices, standards, and techniques. Strong knowledge of Autodesk Software AEC collection, including Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and visualization applications such as Enscape. Great communication skills. Familiarity with architectural/engineering construction documents and design process.
