UC Synergetic is a national engineering, technical services and consulting company. After a recent merge with Pike Corporation, there was a need for a consolidated office. UC Synergetic chose to relocate their corporate headquarters to one of the former Springs Textile mill buildings in Fort Mill, SC with the goal of creating a more dynamic workspace.
UC Synergetic wanted their space to both appeal to today’s generation of employees as well as incorporate aspects of energy and engineering related fields into the design. Having a fun but productive atmosphere with a combination of multi-functional, private and semi-public meeting and work spaces were all important characteristics.
Redline created a sleek reception lobby that would act as a welcoming point for visitors. A combination of bright and translucent graphics immediately gives focus to their primary field of power infrastructure. The reception desk took clues from the sharp lines of the brand logo while also incorporating natural materials for an organic touch. The overall result accurately reflects the UC Synergetic brand and creates a high-energy space that personifies their culture.
